Two working committees do the visible work; the Executive Board keeps the machine running underneath.

Internal Affairs

Governance, money and memory. Keeps the club legal, funded and organized so the committees can focus on members.

Co-Presidents
Final say on direction; face of the club to campus and Microsoft.
VP of Internal Affairs
Runs board meetings, keeps bylaws current, coordinates between committees.
Secretary
Minutes, rosters, attendance records and the club archive.
Treasurer
Budget, SGA funding requests and cert voucher inventory.

Workshops & Projects

Everything you learn. Builds the Field Guide curriculum, runs every workshop night and leads the semester project teams.

Roles
VP of Workshops & Projects
Owns the teaching calendar and course quality end to end.
Vice Chairs
Prepare and deliver sessions; review lesson content and labs.
Assistants
Set up labs, help members during sessions, run check-in.

Outreach & Events

Everything you attend. Plans socials, speaker nights and partner events, and makes sure campus knows we exist.

Roles
VP of Outreach & Events
Owns the event calendar, partnerships and recruitment drives.
Vice Chairs
Plan each event and manage outside partners and speakers.
Social Media Coordinator
Runs Instagram, announcements and the club's visual brand.
Events Logistics Assistant
Books rooms, handles equipment and day-of logistics.
Assistants
Tabling, flyering and on-the-ground event support.

Join a committee
Any member can become a committee assistant, no application beyond raising your hand at a meeting.

Step up to Vice Chair
Assistants who show up consistently are tapped to run sessions and events as vice chairs the next semester.

Run for the board
Executive and VP seats are elected each spring by the full membership. Vice chairs usually run, and usually win.
